Nope, no plastic surgery (since her first/last nose job, anyway) or injections - that's just her being pouty & squishing the tip of her nose & poofing out her lips a bit. Look at her in smiling pictures versus the non smiling ones - if it was some sort of unnatural intervention that made them look poofy, they'd look extra poofy in all of them. It's like that pouty thing that Keira Knightley does in EVERY photo ever taken of her.
