Don't know who talked her into wearing that dress. Underneath it, Leticia is hotter than hot. As others have pointed out, she has a body of hot naked movie work. And I mean body! Her face is better than in these pics too -- she was probably bummed about that dress. It should have been a mini-dress, the top isn't bad.
