I know Paris is a complete whore & there are countless photos & videos of her doing obscene acts all over the Internet, so why are we calling this one fake?! There are two Bastardly Theories @ work here:
1. For one thing, Paris Hilton is a racist. BUT, it's a widely known fact that white masters slept w/ slaves, so maybe that's the case here. Then again, Cee Lo might have dropped a few date rape pills (5-6 of them) into Paris's drink & booo-ya!
2. PR Stunt. With Paris, you can never discount this theory b/c her marketing team is HUGE! I mean, this girl has built a strong career on being a socialite whore, so why the fuck can't she play suckie-suckie on Cee Lo's chocolate covered mushroom stick? Her team of expert Photochopers could've simply cropped out one of the countless photos of her out there playing suckie-suckie and pasted in some random black dude.
As we wait for an official verdict (b/c you know some bastard out there is closely analyzing Paris Hilton's earlobe & hands right now), please help fan the flames of useless speculation down below.

If it's photoshopped, it's expertly done. It's impossible to tell if it's Cee-Lo but it sure as hell looks like Hilton. The video is coming out soon and it's impossible to photoshop a whole video. if you look at the actual photo the head looks like its photoshooped on you can kind of tell by the neck... and its too big for teh body... i dunno for sure but it looks fake to me

It looks like and is a fake - and not a very good one at that.
I downloaded a copy of the pic without the heart and took a look.
The head (blonde) is too large, disproportionate for the rest of the body.
If you look at the blonde hair on the model's left (viewer's right) it's an obvious overlay without blending of the two female's hair.
On the model's right (viewer's left) the hair strands are disrupted from the overlay.
Plus, Paris doesn't wear the cheap glue on nails seen in this picture.
