she's always had that odd, off looking skin tone and a bit of circle under her eyes. diff is she's lost some weight... that is all. a lil tan or bronzer would help... but did anyone notice how stunning her skin is?

she's totally gained weight since 2005 when i saw her last which is a good thing, i remember seeing her at a buffy 04 event and being shocked shocked shocked at how skinny she was. i was also aghast at her holding hands and kissing "warren" her bf at the time...selfish of a btvs fan, but still i was like how could you taraaaaaaaaaa!

OH THANK GOD SOMEONE ELSE SAID IT. I've seen her in person, in LA, a number of times in the past couple years and every time I see her she looks worse than before. But all I ever hear are Buffy fans (of which I am one, but come on) going on about how gorgeous she is and how nice it is to have a "big" actress as role model. She hasn't been "big" since Buffy and even then she was only big compared to Sarah Michelle Gellar. You can't even tell in these pictures how tiny and anorexic looking she is in person. She's lost so much weight you have to wonder how she can stand. She also looks like death. Way worse than even these pictures make her seem. Her skin is pale to the point of being almost greyish. To the people saying she could use some make up, I can say I've seen her without make up and in these pictures she IS wearing making up - it's just either not the right kind or not enough.

I loved Amber Benson on Buffy as Tara, but even I have to admit she needs some help in these pictures.
Here is my advice:
1. I personally have no probably with anyone who is pale and decides not to go the fake tan route but if you are going to go that way, you need to wear blush and concealer under the eyes to not look like the living dead.
2. If you are going to wear such a loud dress, you need lipstick and some eye makeup not to look washed out - however I would recommend getting a different dress. This one is doing you no favors. Something simplier and less loud would be good.
3. Your hair looks in good condition, but it is messy, it atleast needs to be brushed a bit more if not styled.
