Seriously, not every man has to think that every girl is attractive. Just because one person doesn't think that Rachel is pretty doesn't mean that the entirety of womankind should start blaming that guy for all of her insecurities. If people didn't have their own personal preferences and standards, than there wouldn't be a such thing as "attractive" anyway because everyone would look ok to everyone else.
