I think its possible that she's pretty, and thick, not fat. I have that arm problem.. I do a lot of light freeweight to keep it in check. I also don't wear beige shirt dresses buttoned to my throat to accentuate the aformentioned problems, not stand like I'm I'm ready to give birth on the red carpet.

She has had her lympth glands removed because of cancer you IDIOTS.
It leaves you prone to fluid in the arms. I've seen her in the flesh
and she is tiny and not at all fat. She has raised millions for cancer
and is a really nice lady. A much admired singer song writer as well.
I doubt she give a dam what you think cos when you face death stupid
makes you realise whats important.

She's FAR from fat! I think it's something to do with her Chroins diesease (sp?). It bloats her up from time to time.
