Well, you must admit she looks so much better than usual. She's actually dressed, no nakedness, no tits or ass hanging out...she doesn't look skanky! It's refreshing! And she's not physically ugly (she's not beautiful, but she's not a fug). It's once you get to know her personality that you find her extremely repulsing. I also think she looked a billion times better before any of her surgeries. And if she stopped posing, that would be a huge improvement.
