As a hippy girl myself, I know the importance of eating well and a good jog. She's not fat, but she's spreading in the most unattractive way, and when youth is no longer on her side, it'll be problematic. You can tell she's probably not fat though.
Keep with the strawberries; stop with the horrible dresses that don't hide but highlight problem areas.
