I'm not upset at all. I just stated my opinion. She has a very nice body, but a very strange face. It's undeniable that she has alot of flaws on her face--even her fans admit she has flaws except they say the flaws add to her character and I say that they just make her look retarded.

Carolina, it's okay that you have that opinion :) I shall be the first to admit that Adriana is not perfect (who is?). But I do think her low eyebrows are part of her "x" factor and what gives a more intense look to her eyes. As for Alessandra having a manly face. Well, someone said the same thing about Cindy Crawford and I'm a huge fan of Cindy Crawford too. I think her strong lines are part of Cindy's "x" factor as well, even if some people would say "women are supposed to have soft oval faces". You can't put it on black and white like that. You can't pick apart features and based on analysis of those individual features come to the conclusion that something is ugly. You have to judge the sum of those features and how each individual features contribute to that sum. I think that a "perfect woman" with features that are all exactly according to the book of what is feminine and "right", is going to look generic. Something has to be slightly off in order to create a certain level of interest and intrigue. Perfection has that weird side-effect of being bland and boring to the eye. That's why you hear some of Adriana's fans saying that her imperfections are what contribute to her "perfection". Of course it's all subjective. And what they see as contributing to her perfection, you see as elements of distraction :)

Personally though, I'm not a big fan of these pictures. Never was. I don't like the colored hair. I absolutely despise the make-up. And the clothes are hideous. I do agree that she looks a bit scary here but I also don't think these pictures do her justice.

Funny, because of all those headshots, the first one of Adriana clearly stands out to me as one of the best and most beautiful.

But yea, there's a lot of great models and interesting looks out there. What you see as averageness in Adriana I see as "broad appeal". Many of the models on that site are high-fashion types that wouldn't do well in a lingerie shoot or on the cover of men's magazine. Adriana has done both with great success. So yea, her look is not as radical and unique as some of the others but she has great versatility and more mainstream appeal. That doesn't mean I can't appreciate other looks though. It's always interesting with new and radically different faces.

I admit girls like Megan Ewing, Nik Pace (from ANTM), and other models are gorgeous but this one, I just can't see the beauty. She looks scary in these photos, like she's possessed, or something. And that last one was a runway photo as well. No photoshop. Just her walking down the runway and the photographer happens to snap a picture like that. Couldn't have been more perfect if it was set up in photo studio and derived from 100's of pictures taken. No, just one walk down the runway and BAM! -- a perfect portrait. Simply amazing.
