Her implants are probably under the muscle. Which means her breast tissue is undamaged and yes, will expand during pregnancy.
Sub-muscular implants do not interfere with breastfeeding.

lol at her leg..it's because she's bow legged. If you've ever seen her walk, she walks funny too. She has an extreme case of bow leggedness.
