Beautiful woman. Bad shoes. French women are the absolute coolest women on the planet. Well, no, maybe not as cool as a woman from Nigeria or Kenya or Zimbabwe, but pretty fruggin cool. But sometimes they let their fashion sense get the best of them. The dress is nice and elegant and simple, but the shoes like something a Hunter's Point whore would wear on her birthday, a gift from her pimp.

Why so much makeup?? I'm sure she looks a ton better without it, cause too much makeup can ruin any girl. Anyways, she may not be photogenic, but she's still a gorgeous woman.
