To all the people saying that she has a pocket of air in her chin...Notice that I am currently in the first year of my PA program and can say with the utmost certainty there is no such thing as a pocket below the chin for air to enter. There is nothing but muscle, salivary glands and fat down there (and in her case a lot of fat). Also, the vocal cords are located in the larynx, which should put them at the base of the throat. Please , refrain from speaking on matters which you have no knowledge of.
