Lucky for Mischa, the mug shot could've been much worse.
Anyway, it appears that initial rumors of Mischa possessing either weed or coke have some merit. But which is it?! Then again, she's driving her Mommy's car & it could turn out that her mom is blowing away her daughter's cash on various drug addictions. Which ever way you look at it, this is transforming from a simple DUI case into a slightly sticky situation.
Sgt. Reilly of the West Hollywood Sheriff Department said, "This is an ongoing investigation. She's been detained for DUI and possible narcotics."
The investigation, according to Reilly, will determine if the narcotics belonged to the owner of the vehicle -- which is reportedly Barton's mother.
Police could not confirm if she was with anyone, although it did not "appear that she was...she's the only one in custody."
