Is it proportionate to be so petite and weak looking from the waist up and then have such big hips and thighs? Wouldn't it be proportionate to have larger breasts to accompany those hips and thighs and to have a wider torso? And her thighs aren't even that big, they just look huge and that relatively tiny frame.

I disagree with the pear shape, her shoulders are too broad to be a pear, she is more of an hourglass. She has a narrow ribcage, and waist that make her hips look wider. Her smaller breasts also accentuate her lower body, and she could definitely use larger breasts.

Ruler shapes are generally the naturally skinny type which are light both on top and on bottom. Hourglasses put on weight evenly on top and on bottom, and PEARS put on weight on their bottom half (hips, thighs, legs, ass). That is definitely Candice and you can see it because she is bottom heavy. As I said before, She has the top half of an anorexic girl and the bottom half of a normal/healthy girl.
