no, she just needs to hit the gym. I have a body similar to hers ( I have less butt, I admit). She can eat healthy all she wants, but her body retains, EVERYTHING. It has to do with her build (big hips, breasts, butt).

A body like that needs lots of muscle to support its bone structure and will produce muscle easily if attended to. On the downside, it will turn to hardcore flab (like it has) if she doesn't stay on top of her work-outs.
