Mariano has appeared in MAC cosmetics ads, been featured in ads from Armani Exchange, Sephora, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria's Secret, and Rock and Republic. Mariano is in Jay-Z's "Show Me What You Got" video. She also appears in a several Old Navy commercials. She was the subject of Weber's lens for Abercrombie & Fitch. She appeared in New York Fashion Week's Rock & Republic Runway Show as well as Rock & Republic's 2007 (Women's) Fall Line. Mariano is the cover for the April/May 2007 issue of Complex magazine and is in the 2008 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. She is represented by model agency IMG.
