Can someone please explain to me why the 38 year old guy who fucked JL Spears is not in prison? That just doesn't seem very fair, now does it?

I think Phil brought that point up a while back.....I think it is called Hollywood entitlement. Go after him, she may never work again. If the state goes after him and she doesn't cooperate they have no case.
Odds are he gets of scott free and she never works again anyway, but hell she has probably made more money already than I will make in a lifetime, and she still has a rich sister.

it was simply a typo on the piece of paper.
