And the Wiki says...Niecy Nash (born Carol Denise Ensley[1] on February 23, 1970) is an American comedian and actress. She is known for her portrayal of deputy Raineesha Williams on the Comedy Central show Reno 911!. Nash also plays the out of control T.T. (whose face is always blurred to help make her unrecognizable). She is also currently the voice of Mrs. Boots on the ABC Family animated series Slacker Cats.
She has guest starred on The Bernie Mac Show as Bernie's sister Bonita and on That's So Raven as a public access TV psychic named Madame Cassandra, a spoof of Miss Cleo. She is also known as the host of Clean House on the Style Network and, in 2006, began work as a correspondent for The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. [Wiki]
