Mischa might be going away for a while w/ all the charges against her...
Mischa Barton was charged Tuesday with misdemeanor DUI and pot possession in connection with her December arrest in West Hollywood following a traffic stop.
Per court documents obtained by E! News, she is facing a count apiece of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving while having a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher, driving without a valid license and possession of 28.5 grams or less of marijuana. [E!]
Here's Mischa's response:
"Obviously, I'm 100 percent responsible for my actions in this case, and I'm really disappointed in myself," Barton said during Seacrest's KIIS-FM morning show. "I don't know what to say about it, except I'm not perfect. I just don't ever intend to do something this stupid again."
Judge, "Ms. Barton, you have been charged with being fugly. How do you plea?
Mischa, "Guilty Your Honor."
