Last night Maxim held its Hot 100 Party last night at Dream Downtown in NYC. Though it wasn't heavily attended, Bar Refaeli, who tops the list made an appearance wearing a pants suit. Bar was recently on Conan and explained that she doesn't get approached by guys and no one flirts with her... but she did also say what she looks for in dudes:
"Let's put it out there, no one hits on me. I don't get hit on by guys. No one flirts with me.

"Of course there's the obvious things. I want him to be sweet and kind and have values and morals. The first thing I notice is his teeth. I have a fetish. I like a great smile and really white, bright teeth." [Source]

Mary Elizabeth Winstead Covers June / July 2012 Complex Magazine

Actress Mary Elizabeth Winstead spices up the latest issue of Complex Magazine. She's set to star in the upcoming horror flick "Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter." I'm sorry, I wanna say great things about the film, but when I first saw the trailer during "The Dictator," I'm pretty sure I heard about 10 "What the fucks" & plenty of laughter induced by shock that people would make a movie with that title & premise. Whatever the case, let's hope it does well.

You’ve played some tough women, but you’re looking fiercer than ever for this cover shoot. Are you this intense in real life?

[Laughs.] I’m the total opposite of that. The one thing that’s difficult for me, and it’s one thing I had to bring out in this shoot, is being “sexy.” It’s weird to be told to be sexy, because I never know what that means exactly. I can never try to be sexy. [Laughs.] It’s too awkward. I don’t like to do the whole I’m-gonna-come-get-you face—that doesn’t suit me. [Read more...]

People En Espanol 50 Most Beautiful Gala took place last night at The Plaza Hotel New York City. Our guess is that the average reader will recognize less than half of the ladies posted given Naya Rivera and Dayana Mendoza are probably the most frequently posted (if that) of the bunch. Anyways, for those who want to read up more on the party, hit up the People En Espanol official website (in Spanish).

NYC: Zoe Saldana @ Launch of "Cosmopolitan for Latinas"

Along with NY Giants Wide Receiver Victor Cruz, Zoe Saldana was in NYC to launch Cosmopolitan for Latinas. Zoe is up for the Best Latino Actor at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards (taking place June 3rd) against fellow nominees Diego Luna, Demian Bichir, Penelope Cruz, and Harmony Santana. In other Zoe news, she's recently quoted in saying that she'd consider getting a boob job:
"'Buy yourself a pair of titties.' I heard somebody tell me this once and I I was like, 'You know what? You're absolutely right. Thank you for that. And it just hit me, like, 'Why not? But yourself a pair of titties.'"

"If an old man was having a midlife crisis and can buy a Porsche and date a 17-year-old, I can buy myself a pair and be the sexiest soccer mom you've ever seen."

"As long as you're doing it for reasons that are balanced for you [it's okay]. It's not even about judging what's right or wrong. There's nobody on this earth who can tell you that what you're feeling is wrong. They can tell you it's different to what they're feeling. That said, I'm okay with people trying to do whatever it is they need to do to feel better," [Source]

Las Vegas: Brooke Burke-Chavert Hosts Vegas Magazine Cover Party

Brooke Burke-Charvet was at Gold Boutique Nightclub and Lounge at ARIA to get paid to host a party in celebration of her cover for the latest issue of Vegas Magazine. At the age of 40, Brooke recently got paid to plug Claratin and appears in a new short film entitled "The Difference is Clear". By the way, if you haven't notice, Brooke took husband David Charvet's last name and now officially goes by Brooke Burke-Charvet; we're still getting used to typing that.
"My life is pretty hectic, from raising four kids, to hosting Dancing with the Stars, being co-CEO of Modernmom.com and releasing a fitness DVD, so I don't want to let allergies get in my way. It's important for me to keep my allergy symptoms under control, to help me be at my best on and off camera. That's why I choose CLARITIN for non-drowsy, 24-hour allergy relief. I'm so excited to be starring in 'The Difference is Clear,' and it was really fun to act out the two scenarios for my character in such a crazy, dramatic way." [Source]

Irina Shayk: Marie Claire Magazine (Spain), March, 2012

The usually-sultry Irina Shayk took on a far more housewifey-look on the cover of Marie Claire magazine in Spain. Then again, the cover outfit she has on appears to be an extremely leggy one-piece, so it's fairly obvious the editors attempted to unsuccessfully contain Irina's hotness.

Anyway, for those of you who missed it, Irina & fellow supermodel friend Anne V (Adam Levine's play-thing) were strutting their bikini bods in Miami over the weekend. Sadly, they've since left b/c we haven't seen any more photos squeak out of South Beach over the past 48 hours. Nonetheless see the sets here & here.

Candice "Perfection" Swanepoel Covers GQ Magazine, May 2012

There's a beautiful & extremely praiseworthy piece on Candice in the May issue of GQ, so make sure you grab a couple copies. Since most of you guys fantasize about Candi 24/7, you might as well learn to say her name correctly, so here's a snippet from the article:
First off, it's Swan-e-poel. Go on, try it. That syllable is the tricky part. Don't get put off by the "e". Pronounce it pool, not poll. You chances are slim as it is -- no need to obliterate them by getting this bit wrong. For the authentic South African twang, don't let it linger either--clip it at the end with an abrupt lilt, like the upturn in a ski ramp. Now, add the Candice. Remember, it's more diss than dice. Can-diss. Go on. Say it out loud. Candice Swanepoel. Got it? Good. They maybe well be the most important two words you learn this year. [GQ Magazine, May 2012]

Candice about get teased by other girls at school:
"A year before I got scouted [Candice was discovered aged 15 at a flea market in 2003], I would watch a lot of FashionTV," she says. "At School I got teased because I was so thin and awkward-looking. But the girls on TV looked similar to me. I would say to my mum, 'The girls at school are teasing me, but I look like those girls on TV'. A year later, someone took me to an agency and that's it. Revenge is always... [laughs] I know it sounds terrible, but it does feel good to show those people." [GQ Magazine, May 2012]

About her worth ethic:
"I put all my eggs in one basket when I left South Africa," she says at one point. "I put my head down and worked my ass off. And look where it got me." [GQ Magazine, May 2012]

Don't know about you guys, but Ms. Can-diss Swan-e-poel just got a little more beautiful in my book, assuming that's even possible...

Nicki Minaj Covers Complex Magazine 10th Aniversary Issue

Yesterday, Complex's cover featured a beaten up Justin Bieber & today, they're dropping two Nicki Minaj covers to help celebrate their 10th anniversary issue.

Read the interview & check the delicious shoot @ Complex!

On goals for her new album:
My goal right now is still to put out Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded, sell five million copies eventually, and tour every country in the world.

On being shy:
I’m the biggest homebody. But I’ve been like this. Nothing about me has changed since I got fame. I never liked to go to clubs. I never liked to go out. I don’t know where that public craziness came from. I was always like a comedian to my friends and family, but in a lot of ways I’m shy. I think people read my shyness as being mean. They misinterpret it. The first and only person who ever called me out for being shy was Wayne.

On control of her brand:
People assume that I am not the brains behind this operation, and they don’t give me my credit. I could give two fucks about credit. I just want you to leave me the fuck alone. Let me do me...All artists should want to learn the business as they go along. If you’re in this shit, talking about how you just want to be an artist, you’re fucking stupid. It makes me cringe.

On her ten-year plan:
In 2022, I’ll definitely be married and I’ll definitely have my two children.
