Kristen Stewart absolutely killed it on the red carpet premiere for director David Cronenberg's latest film "Cosmopolis," starring her boyfriend Robert Pattinson. I can't believe she kept it simple for her own film's premiere yesterday & then dropped the red carpet nuclear bomb for her boyfriend's film! How sweet of her.

She was wearing a dangerously low-cut, red dress & walked the red carpet with her "On The Road" co-star Tom Sturridge. The way these two were stapled together on the red carpet, you'd think they were sleeping together, but then again, who really knows, right? Maybe Kristen & Rob have an open relationship?

I used to be a total hater of fat people, but I've grown wiser over the years & as a result, I try to drop the hate-bomb only when it's screaming out at me.

Let me put it this way: If your trade is a computer programer or car mechanic, eat all the burgers & steaks you wanna eat, but if you're rich & famous solely for being the most beautiful Indian woman on the planet, you gotta fucking live up to it. All I'm saying is that you don't see Victoria's Secret models like Adriana Lima or Alessandra Ambrosio rolling on the red carpet or runway BEFORE they've lost the pregnancy 50. Impossible! In an industry where image is everything, I'm absolutely shocked that Aishwarya would make such a move.

I hate to sound so harsh, but Aishwarya should be hiding inside the gym in her palatial mansion in Mumbai, rather than exposing herself to the brutal scrutiny that comes with a red carpet premiere at the world's biggest film festival. I get it that she's aching to get out of the house where she's under the watch of the in-laws 24/7, but first get your ass in shape & then make the dash for the red carpet. I think it's safe to say that Aishwarya Rai's appearance at this year's Cannes Film Festival was a bit forced b/c she's about two personal trainers and at least six months away from tip-toeing her way onto the red carpet. Chop-Chop, Aishwarya!

Wes Anderson is back! And this means that so is “weirdness”, specifically "human" weirdness as filtered through the gaze of childhood. It’s Anderson’s specialty (if you’ve seen his last six movies) and this one is quite arguably – even quite likely – his best effort yet.

Yes, it’s a coming of age story, and yes, it shows how children are too often victimized by the adults whose wards they are, but mostly it’s about loving the flaws of being human and what those flaws are capable of producing when they collide with other severely flawed and devastated beings. It sounds heavy, I know, but Anderson’s light and whimsical touch makes it bearable. Enjoyable, even.

In this story we have a pair of 12-year-olds, Suzy and Sam, one whose parents are oblivious to her needs and the other an orphan whose only refuge is his always-on-fire imagination. They meet on a made up island called Penzance (methinks this is a nod to the great Joni Mitchell) and end up falling in love the way all great on-screen couples do: hopelessly, helplessly, and instantly. Sam may be a scout in a coonskin cap, but Suzy is his only real point of devotion. She’s just so . . . you know?!

The two lovebirds resolve to save each other from adult torment by running away together . . . in the middle of a hurricane. Luckily and unluckily for them, weather is the least of their concerns.

The “adult” cast comprises some very big names – Ed Norton, Bruce Willis, Frances McDormand, Tilda Swinton, and Anderson staple Bill Murray – but the movie belongs in all its idiosyncratic and nostalgia-tinted idealism to Kara Hayward and Jared Gilman, the two child actors who play their parts with such unaffected ease and naturalism that you kind of long for them never to grow up.

And that, I assume, is what Anderson was getting at the whole time. It's rare to get such a treat in the midst of the Summer movie season, but lucky we are to have been gifted such a gem. A must-see.

Can you believe this?! Kim Kardashian, of all people, actually found her way into Jay-Z's circle! It's funny what you can achieve when you'll allow rich & famous penises to relentlessly pound you from the behind.

When I see the first photo, all I can do is shake my head in a confused mixture of shock & awe. All this time, for some fucked up reason, I always thought talented people like Kanye West & Jay-Z were smart enough to avoid shady fame-whores like Kim Kardashian, but I guess she's too good! Believe it or not, but rumor has it that Kim's secret goal at the moment is to befriend Beyonce & then have her make cameos on the family reality show. Totally fucked up, but you know her fan base will eat it up.

These latest photos were snapped last night at a very unique screening & after party for Kanye West's own short film, "Cruel Summer" during the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival. The 30-minute short, filmed mostly in Qatar, was shown on a total of seven screens inside a tented pyramid, with the intention of providing viewers a fully immersive entertainment experience. God daayumm! Looks like Kanye's really throwing his money away, huh? Here's more about the short:

A car thief (Kid Cudi) falls in love with a girl whose father allows them to marry under the terms he can help her see.

The film is inspired by the album of the same name by West's record label GOOD Music.[5] It has been described as a "fusion of short film and art" as well as a "seven-screen experience for the eyes and ears unlike anything West has attempted before." West posted a photo on Twitter with the caption "I'm currently working on a new 7 screen experience". Nicole Scherzinger has definitely been killing it on the red carpet with each Men in Black III premiere; London and Germany to be exact. The focus might be on the three men, Will Smith, Tommy Lee Jones, and Josh Brolin, and maybe even Alice Eve but Nicole is who we're giving our attention. Nicole is Lily in the film, an antagonist, but aside from that we have no idea what she brings to the film except for some eye candy. Men in Black III opens in time for the Memorial Day weekend tomorrow, May 25th.

Sorry, Will Smith fans, this one belongs to Josh Brolin.

15 years after the memorable original and 10 years after its so-so sequel, the latest Men In Black reunites Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as Agents J and K who are on a secret mission to protect the world from those dastardly aliens that just can’t seem to leave us innocent earthlings alone (see The Avengers and Battleship for other aliens-are-bad-and-must-be-destroyed tropes of cinema).

The basic plot: an evil hench-alien named Boris the Animal is out to kill Agent K (Jones). Agent J (Smith) devises a plan to go back into the past and make sure that this never happens because Agent K is too valuable - and is played by Tommy Lee Jones, for pete’s sake! But in the past, Agent K is played by Josh Brolin, who ends up stealing the movie with an utterly believable performance as the younger version of Tommy Lee Jones. You’ll be astonished at how similar his appearance and voice are made to match the elder Jones. You’ll further be astonished if there aren’t a slew of upcoming movies made after this one where Jones and Brolin are paired as father and son.

The fun of the movie is that it combines the alien genre with the concept of time travel, and unlike, say, Battleship, it doesn’t take itself too seriously. It knows when to laugh at itself and when to up the ante. It also helps that the characters and storylines in the third part of the trilogy are far stronger and more interesting than they were in either of the sequels, something very few film franchises can lay claim to.

Oh, and after four years of lying low, it’s nice to see Will Smith back on the big screen doing what he does best: entertain!

Last week we told you about the Snow White and the Huntsman pop-up gallery that opened its doors on May 19. Those who have already been down to 7710 Melrose Avenue in L.A. have seen the work of a number of hugely talented artists, including 3-time Oscar-winning costume designer Colleen Atwood. The gallery centerpiece, however, is a mural from legendary graffiti artist MEAR ONE. Drawing inspiration from the film, MEAR painted his moonlit forest scene on a 12-ft mirror (no easy task). You can see his process, and hear him talking about the challenges this piece presented, in the video above.
