Curb Watch: Newly Engaged Angelina Jolie & To-Be Engaged Rosie Huntington Went Up Curbs!

We should point out that Angelina Jolie opted to lead with her left foot, while Rosie Huntington-Whitely went with the right. Leave it to us to report the news your really wanna read about! It's fairly obvious who's sexier, but let's not forget that Angie is 12 years senior to Rosie (she'll 25 on Wednesday).
Rumor has it that Brad Pitt dropped more than a million on Angie's engagement ring, so it's possible that Rosie's longtime boyfriend Jason Statham will aim higher when he pulls the trigger. The action star was seen leaving a Cartier boutique earlier today in NYC. Was this a publicity stunt to promote his new flick or is "The Expendables" star really sampling the market for engagement rings? Our suggestion is very simple: The dude is a highly-paid action star who has successfully avoided the marriage gauntlet for 44-freaking-years, so why ruin the streak so early in the game? We recommend going through a couple more Rosies in hopes to find the right Rosie & then by that time he'll be 65-70 at which point he should consider kids. He's rich & supposedly healthy, so he should live to see at least one kid graduate high school. Having said that, one question remains: Are a lifetime of Rosie-quality women worth sacrificing watching your kids grow up? When you reference the soon-to-be NY Times Bestseller Bastardly Sugar Daddy Handbook, the answer is a glaring HELL-FUCKING-YES!!
We briefly plugged Jason Statham's new action movie "Safe," so we might as well go all the way w/ the trailer:

NYC: Angelina Jolie @ "Women in the World: Stories and Solutions" Summit

Photo Credit: WENNAngelina Jolie was one of the featured guests at the third annual "Women in the World: Stories and Solutions" summit taking place last night in NYC. Angelina's appearance, or atleast her right leg's appearance, on the red carpet at the Oscars a couple weeks back was the buzz but as you can see, Angelina, a UNHCR ambassador, kept it casual and conservative. At the summit she spoke about the plight of Somali refugees receiving much praise.
Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie vs George Clooney & Stacy Keibler: Oscars 2012 A-List Couples Matchup
Monday, February 27th, 2012 late in the damn evening, after tantric sex by Moe
Photo Credit: Splash News Onlinel; WENNI love Stacy Keibler just like the next dude, but I feel like this is the end of the road for her & George Clooney. We all know George Clooney is a chronic girlfriend spring cleaner (who can blame him?), so after all the premieres & award shows over the past six or so months, I'm sure he could use a change. It'll be very interesting to see who he hits up next.
As for Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt, both were glowing on the red carpet, as well. We're going to conveniently ignore the fact that age is slowly creeping into the mix. She's only 36, but that's one of the symptoms of adopting eight kids from all over the planet...

Photo Credit: WENN; Pictured: Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, & the star of 'n The Land Of Blood And Honey', Zana Marjanović.For a film that has only earned around $250K at the box-office and had a production budget of $13 million, Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt are certainly promoting 'In The Land Of Blood And Honey' like it's their latest blockbuster. You can't really blame Brad Pitt for tagging along to all these premieres b/c let's face it, any dude in his position would be doing the same thing.
Anyway, I have yet to see the film, but I've only read & heard positive reviews. For those of you who don't know anything about the film, here's more juice:
The film is set in Sarajevo against the back drop of the Bosnian War that tore the Balkan region apart in the 1990s. The movie tells the story of Danijel (Goran Kostić), a soldier fighting for the Bosnian Serbs, and Ajla (Zana Marjanović), a Bosniak woman he was involved with before the war, and who is now a captive in the camp he oversees. Danijel is serving under his father, a Bosnian Serb army general, when he comes face to face with Ajla again, who is among a group of women forced to be sex slaves for the Serb soldiers. Although they attempt to rekindle their connection, the pressures of war threatens their once promising love. [Source]

As always, George Clooney, Brad Pitt & their respective ladies didn't disappoint on the red carpet. I want to say that George will finally settle down & propse to Stacy, but we all know what's up. I have a feeling Stacy Keibler's time on George Clooney's all-expenses paid cruise through Hollywood award season is about to end. I'm sure George would've ended it sooner, but with all these award shows on his schedule, he needs a respectable +1 on the red carpet, so why not enjoy with Stacy a few more weeks? Plus, how bad could Stacy Keibler sex possibly be?!

Photo Credit: WENNIt seems like posts for all these various award show as we go through the season have the same attendees; mostly Angelina Jolie (in support of Brad Pitt), Jessica Chastain (for her work in The Help and The Tree of Life, and Shailene Woodley (for The Descendants). To note, it was Angelina Jolie who was honored at the event for her directorial debut In The Land of Blood and Honey. She was honored with the Stanley Kramer Award, recognizing filmmakers "whose achievement or contribution illuminates provocative social issues in an accessible and elevating fashion".
"What I hope is that our film helps people not forget the past. I want people to see what these people have gone through and that they are able to tell their story through their bravery. Their story matters."
"I still love acting - if I can find those roles that matter. But if I don't, it's nice to be able to shine the spotlight on another actress you think is extremely talented and give her the spotlight." [Source]

Hollywood Royalty: Brad Pitt & Angelina Jolie @ 2012 Golden Globes
Monday, January 16th, 2012 in the weewizzle hours by Moe
Photo Credit: Splash News OnlineBrad Pitt & Angelina Jolie both had honorary nominations of their respectively produced films (Angie's "In the Land of Blood and Honey" & Brad's "Moneyball") so they'd attend the event and more importantly, give NBC an extra ratings boost. Angie looked amazing as the cameras panned on her every couple minutes, but when she was on stage introducing a film, he looked almost sickly. As everyone's been saying for a while now, this woman seriously needs to add a little more meat on those bones. There's nothing like a anorexic-thin aging starlet. Chop-chop, Angie! As for Brad, he's still rockin' that cane. It sucks that he injured himself right around award season when he has to spend every other night walking down the red carpet.

L.A.: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt @ "In the Land of Blood and Honey" Premiere

Photo Credit: eyeprime/WENNBrad Pitt & Angelina Jolie blessed ArcLight Cinemas in Hollywood with their presence last night as Angie premiered her directorial debut flick "In the Land of Blood and Hone." Two premieres down, 352 to go!
Now, I don't mean to talk like a bastardly home-wrecker, but it would really suck if Brad & his "Moneyball" film end up getting nominated for an Oscar & Angie gets screwed (highly unlikely). The Academy Awards & every other upcoming award show for that matter will undoubtedly dish out honorary nominations simply to buy Brangelina's time on the red carpet.
Anyway, here's more about Angie's new film:
During the Bosnian War, Danijel, a soldier fighting for the Serbs, re-encounters Ajla, a Bosnian woman who's now a captive in the camp he oversees. Their once promising connection has become ambiguous as their motives have changed. [Source]
