Overrated

Mischa Barton, still bitter that The Beautiful Life was canceled says that we're going to miss out on some of the best stuff they filmed. Yeah, right.... keep telling yourself that Mischa.

“We were really such a great show and the first two episodes were nothing. We shot amazing, big episodes – episodes four, five and six – and it’s stuff that no one will ever see,”

“But they were unable to bring in an audience to it. It’s like they’ve got two other franchises going on there at the same time, and we got swallowed up. It’s more their loss, I think. It could’ve been I think a really, really cool show.” Source

Too bad for Mischa Barton that The Beautiful Life got canceled after two episodes. Too bad for us since Sara Paxton looked good in the promos. Anyways, Mischa took it pretty bad and is apparently very insecure about her acting career now.

"This show was such an ego boost for her at a time when she needed one. She has been insecure about where her career was going and feels she may be a has-been at 23," Contactmusic quoted a source as saying.


"She hasn't been overwhelmed with offers since 'The O.C.' went off the air. She needs to feel she's still employable. Right now, that's her deepest fear. That no one will hire her again. It's not true, but that's how insecure she can get sometimes," the source stated. Source

Katy Perry in another performance at The V Festival. Also performing was Lady GaGa and as you might recall, we quoted Katy saying that Lady GaGa's "I'm a chick with a dick" comments were calculated. Now, she's denying that she ever said that.. just how Katy (gov't name: Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson) also denied she was trying to sue that designer, Katie Perry.

On Friday, Perez Hilton took to his Twitter account to debunk the story, writing that Perry "never gave any interview to the British media talking about Lady Gaga being a hermaphrodite."

An hour later, Perry responded to Hilton's tweet, writing, "THANK U! WED I was in the f---ing AIR on a 24-hr flight from Australia. So unless I was using a phone from the plane, press is out of control." Source

Katy Perry had some words for Lady GaGa and her claim to be a hermaphrodite. Yeah, Katy doesn't buy it, in fact, say that it's all calculated. Wouldn't we say some of the cocktease things that Katy does is calculated too? This chick needs to keep quiet and just allow all the foolish fans to keep making her money.

Danica Patrick and Natalie Gulbis are considered amongst the hottest chicks in their sports. But when it comes down to it, are they two really that hot? Sure we've seen Danica in the SI Swimsuit Issue where she's looked good (probably in part to photoshop) but from last night's ESPY Awards, I wasn't overly impressed with either two. However, they're considered hot athletes (not compared to Allison Stokke) so that's their hook to get the buzz.

Apparently, this bikini is one of the few articles of clothing she has as her other clothes are being released. And of course, Katheryn had to go and tweet about this... like we care. Surprise, surprise, Mischa Barton is going back to TV. This time she'll be working in A Beautiful Life - a satire based on the fashion industry. She plays a New York-based model.

"It's a really great show. It's like the O.C. but times 10.

"It's a younger version of Sex and the City. I play a super bitchy model in New York. If the pilot does well I will be spending a lot more time in New York." Source
