That's Ash's puppy, Maui (not that any of you bastards give a shit).

Most people are saying that she didn't need a nose job to begin with, but Ashley's claiming she was having trouble breathing...

"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," a bandaged Tisdale told PEOPLE on Monday from her Los Angeles home.
