Now, OK! can confirm that on Tuesday, the actor was spotted in San Francisco at the historic Westin St. Francis Hotel, where eyewitnesses saw him canoodling with another mystery woman who was — most notably — not Petra Nemcova.
"She was a brunette, and looked like she was in her mid-twenties and was wearing tight jeans with tall boots," a hotel eyewitness tells OK!. "They walked affectionately through the lobby together and down to the garage and he kissed her goodbye. "

I'm beginning to think this mystery brunette might have been a prostitute from Emperors Club VIP (yes, the same prosty service used by NY Gov. Eliot Spitzer). Regardless of who Sean Penn's sleeping with these days, we're happy that he's using his fame & fortune to mix up ass-flavors every couple weeks.
