Besides hitting the Knicks/D-Town game, Kim was spotted walking around Midtown conducting some biz (which, of course, involves "private meetings" with various network executives). Let's just say, she was dressed to impress, so we're fairly convinced she got whatever it was she wanted. Then again, if you're willing to spread your legs in a capitalistic society, you can get your hands on pretty much get anything your heart desires. It's sad, but true.
