Did you know that Elisha Cuthbert almost got hit by a car? She credits her training as Kim Bauer (her character on 24) that helped her escape harm.

"I went for dinner and I'm walking to the subway and I get hit by a car.

"I have this sort of Kim Bauer reaction. I thought, I can either try and outrun it; I can freeze like a deer in the headlights and break both my knees; or I can jump onto the vehicle and propel myself into the entire intersection, so I did the last one and landed with my purse intact." Source

Last year the guys over at Complex came at us with some sexy photoshoots for Aubrey O'Day and Cassie. They start off 2009 with the lovely Elisha Cuthbert (aka Sean Avery's sloppy seconds). Aside from the cleavage shot above, Elisha didn't get herself into a bikini like Marisa Miller but nonetheless she's a hottie indeed. Here's an excerpt from the interview:

You don't do nudity but instead employ body doubles. What's the process in selecting someone?

Elisha Cuthbert: I've only had to do it twice. To be honest, it was really quick and pretty basic. I saw three girls and chose one out of the three. It wasn't a long, drawn-out process. It's not looking for someone [with] the perfect breasts. Nothing to do with that, really. I think it's trying to find someone that looks natural, someone that looks good.

This makes 2 straight appearances that Elisha Cuthbert has looked pretty good to me. She got a pass on the short hair earlier this year because I was distracted by the bikini she was wearing. Elisha Cuthbert decided to really get working this year after I've pretty much not cared about anything she's done since The Girl Next Door. Here are some of her current projects:

For 2008, Cuthbert is scheduled to appear in two films. The first is the family comedy The Six Wives of Henry LeFay with actor Tim Allen, in which she plays his daughter. She will also appear in My Sassy Girl, a remake of a Korean film, starring alongside Jesse Bradford.

As we mentioned in the last post, Elisha Cuthbert's boytoy, hockey player Dion Phaneuf, is about 3x her size and the size mismatch is obviously taking a toll on Elisha's petite bod. It appears from some of the photos (not really, but it gives us something to write about) that Elisha's in extreme pain as a result of some major ass slamming the previous night courtesy of Mr. Giant Hockey Player.
