We already posted a few photos (and one of solo of Brooklyn) from the Australian Battleship premiere in Sydney but only now did we come across a few more of the attendees and better shots of two of the stars of the movie, Brooklyn Decker and Rihanna. Given that this movie is supposed to be a $200 million blockbuster we're sure that the worldwide premieres will be along the lines of Transformers. The US premiere is set for May 18th but has already opened in Japan and Malaysia with a bunch more countries in the coming days; meaning it'll probably be available on bootleg by next week. In the Hawaiian Islands, an international naval fleet at Pearl Harbor engages in a dynamic and intense battle against an alien species known as "The Regents". The aliens come to planet Earth on a mission to build a power source in the ocean. Upon their visit, they come in contact with the naval fleet. We pretty much don't know anything about MTV Australia so for those folks in the land down under getting ready for summer, what's this all about? Anyways, the launch party included a performance by LMFAO, and that's pretty much all we can report on that. As for the attendees, there's probably a whole lot of "WHO?!" going on right now.

Myer department store launched their Spring/Summer 2011 collection with a fashion show featuring brand ambassador Jennifer Hawkins. Hit up the Myer website to check out the latest releases and do some online shopping. Consider these themes of the collection, as stated by Judy Coomber, Myer group general manager of fashion and accessories:

"We love transitioning into summer with strong colour because it gives people a new sense of optimism and enthusiasm,"

"You can either wear them clashing, and that might be that you wear a fuchsia dress with a pair of green shoes ... or it might mean that you wear your black dress but you've got a pair of red shoes.
