The screening was put on by The Cinema Society of New York City (E. 78th & 5th Ave).

For those of you who don't know, "Inglourious Basterds" hits theaters this Thursday. If it was any other movie, I'd be very skeptical of its ability to knock "District 9" out of the top spot, but the box-office killer combo of Tarantino & Brad Pitt might just be too much for the South African aliens to handle.

Anyway, I don't know about you bastards, but I'll definitely be at the theaters this weekend. Here's the trailer once again:
