Eva Longoria appears with husband Tony Parker in new advertisements for London Fog. In a press statement (i.e. she didn't write it herself), Eva says this of London Fog and the campaign, “It was fun to work together. London Fog is always classy and beautiful, and we knew we were in good hands for the campaign.. The coats and bags were gorgeous; I am a huge fan of trench coats and all the London Fog trenches were amazing.” Source

Eva Longoria once again hosted the ALMA Awards. In a recent interview she weighed in her opinion on some Americans' attitude towards immigrants.

"The immigration issue is interesting because historically everyone has immigrated, this is a country of immigrants," Longira said. "So it kind of shocks me that people have such a vile reaction to immigrants when they provide a huge amount of services to our country, and particularly in agriculture."

Longoria said she "would really love to see immigration reform obviously transpire, but in a way that is obviously fair to people in the country." Source

Eva cashed in with the announced ceremony by holding it at her very own Beso restaurant in Hollywood. God damn, this lady is turning into a Latina cash cow!

Anyway, at yesterday's announcement, Eva's looking beautiful as she shares a few laughs with "Prison Break" star Amaury Nolasco. I guess her co-host, comedian George Lopez, was too busy to attend. Regardless, be sure to tune in to ABC on September 18 at 8/7c for the airing of the ALMA Awards.

When I asked if being around so many children in need makes her want to swoop in and adopt children who are less fortunate, Longoria Parker beamed, "Of course."

"Every time I work with the kids from Padres, my heart just explodes with happiness and joy because they're so inspiring," she said. "They're resilient and they're hopeful and they're happy. They're amazing human beings, and to go through something like that and yet still be as strong as they [are], it really inspires me.
