Another celebrity birthday, another bash in Las Vegas. Fergie turned 37 last night at the 1 OAK Nightclub at the Mirage Resort Hotel and Casino in Vegas, and judging by the pics we've seen, she spent more time posing on the red carpet than eating cake. Fergie still has it, we think, and in spades . . . we're just not sure what "it" is. Can you tell?

So we already know that Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner got paid $600,000 for partying at TAO on New Year's Eve so here are more ladies that probably got a sizable appearance fee over the weekend in Vegas. Fergie hosted a party at 1 OAK in The Mirage while Snooki made an appearance at GBDC at The Palms. Pamela Anderson and Jon Rose partied at Studio 54 at MGM Grand while Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick along with Holly Madison were paid to host at Chateau Nightclub in Paris Hotel and Casino. Kreayshawn topped off the weekend at Lavo at The Palazzo hosting a "Hung Over and Broke" party. Our guess is that the combined fees shelled out by all the promoters didn't even come close to Kim's $600,000 her mom probably demanded, again, that's $600,000 for one night's work to party for New Year's Eve.

Apparently Jojo really does have a new album in the works, well, it's been in the works/completed for the past 4-5 years. We didn't know what filler to write here so taking a look at Jojo's Wiki entry it looks like she's been working on her new album "Jumping Trains" set for release sometime next year; atleast that's what they say. In an effort to give it some publicity, we can say that the first single "Disaster" has been out a few months now with little success. Here's the music video:

Fergie was, by far, one of the best dressed on last night's big red carpet event for her hubby Josh Duhamel's new film "New Year's Eve." The "Transformers" star plays the role of Sam Ricker, a businessman trying to get to New York to reunite with a love interest from the previous New Year's. Anybody know who he's trying to score?

Anyway, the star-studded Los Angeles premiere of "New Year's Eve" went down last night at the Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. Producers are hoping celebrity-crazed people unplug from their own depressing lives & connect with a long list of stars searching for that elusive New Year's Eve kiss. The cast includes (ready for this?) Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Jon Bon Jovi, Abigail Breslin, Chris "Ludacris" Bridges, Robert De Niro, Josh Duhamel, Zac Efron, Hector Elizondo, Katherine Heigl, Ashton Kutcher, Seth Meyers, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Til Schweiger, Hilary Swank, Sofía Vergara and others. We planned to get these up yesterday, but it got too late. You guys already saw a couple of the juicier attendees from Sunday evening's benefit show (Amber Heard & Dianna Agron), but there were a few others that caught our eye. I personally dig Rashida Jones & Kat Dennings and felt like Christina Hendricks could've passed on the red carpet seeing how she's covering her only redeeming asset (see here).

Whatever the case, all ladies were in attendance during this past weekend's annual Trevor Live! event held at the Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles. Here's more info about the nonprofit for those of you looking to show your support:

"Twilight" star Ashley Greene continues her promotional tour for the latest film in wildly popular series by attending any event that will take her. The film will hit theaters later this month on November 18.

Additionally, singer Fergie was also on hand dishing out some of her stash for a good cause. These were snapped last night at the Avon Foundation For Women Global Voices for Change Awards Gala held at the Marriott Marquis in NYC's Times Square.
