Hmm... so Hayden Christensen was born in Canada and he voted? I'm assuming he's gotten US Citizenship because that's the only way he'd be eligible to vote.You must be 18 years of age and a U.S. citizen to vote in California. (17 year olds may register to vote if they will be 18 by Election Day.) Legal residents of California who are not U.S. citizens, and illegal California residents are not eligible to register or vote.
