These were snapped yesterday afternoon as a bunch of celebs played a friendly game of flag football during Direct TV's 4th Annual Celebrity Beach Bowl on Miami Beach.

From the looks of these pics, it's fairly obvious that Tom Arnold attempted to have flag-football-sex with Marisa Miller. He pretty much missed the flag around her waist and went straight for her spandex bottoms. Even though he's an annoying douche, I gotta admit, any hetero dude in his position would pull the exact same moves. Bastard.

As per People mag, King Douche Spencer Pratt apparently doesn't like Heidi's plastic surgery. Following the procedure he says, "it was the worst experience of my life. Nobody that loves a loved one should see that."

The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's most loyal customer found time during the busy holidays for a quick hit. It appears Ash is doing her best to turn her new man toward the beverage joint, as well.

Anyway, 2009 was somewhat of a big year for Ashley Tisdale & Co. She released her second (and hopefully her last) solo album "Guilty Pleasure" to all her diehard "High School Musical" fans. Besides her continued foray into music, Ash attempted to cement her arrival into cinema with the release of Disney's "Aliens in the Attic" which pretty much broke-even at the box-office. Note to Ash: Read the script before cashing the check!

Currently she's filming "Sleepless Beauty" with co-star Meg Ryan. It's being billed as a "fantasy family film" written by Larry Wilson and directed by Sara Sugarman. Filming began earlier this month at Grand Rapids, so expect it to hit theaters sometime next year.

Kourtney Kardashian is closing her children's clothing boutique Smooch saying that she wants to focus more time being a first-time mom.

“My grandmother has had a children’s boutique in La Jolla (California) for 30 years now, and it was always a dream of my mom’s and mine to have a store of our own. I used to work in the store all day, every day, stay hours after closing and was obsessed with it… Smooch was my baby!

“After thinking about it long and hard, we have decided to close Smooch. This does make me sad, but I also know that I don’t have the time, especially now that I will have my baby boy to take care of. It is just not the same without me and my mom there to run it.”
