Jennifer Morrison and the rest of the House M.D. cast are back after last night's two hour season premiere. If you missed it, here's the synopsis from the episode:

House begins a detox program at Mayfield Psychiatric Hospital to get the vicodin out of his system in an attempt to control his hallucinations. House plans to leave the treatment facility once he is clean, but he is strong-armed into staying by his attending physician, Dr. Darryl Nolan (guest star Andre Braugher). Dr. Nolan agrees to write a recommendation to reinstate House’s medical license only if House agrees to further treatment. Source

Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer Find Out-of-House Romance

Speaking to People magazine, Jesse Spencer opened up a bit about Griffiths. Said Spencer, "We met through mutual friends out in L.A. at the Green Door [lounge]." Spencer also revealed that the couple has been dating for "a couple of months." They had already made a public appearance, showing up together at an LA cocktail party. A source told People, "He was proudly introducing her around and making sure she was taken care of. They were very happy."

Not that the lovely Jennifer Morrison is sitting at home waiting for the phone to ring. The actress has a new love interest of her own. Morrison has been dating "Prison Break" actor, Amaury Nolasco. Source

Ex-lovers Jesse Spencer and Jennifer Morrison kiss on House

The ex-couple admits their upcoming kissing scenes in the medical drama, shown on Channel 10, were more than a little awkward.

And Morrison, 29, admits that the co-stars agreed not to actually lock lips until the kissing scene itself.

"Out of respect, I saved it for the take," she said.

Spencer, who started off in Neighbours before heading to the UK and then the US, admits the former couple's relationship woes helped in the tense scenes: "There's a different intensity now, but I think it really works."

The romantic Spencer proposed to Morrison on the Eiffel Tower in Paris but from there it all went awry. Source
