Kelly Monaco was robbed back in April while appearing in Peepshow and since then the accused robber has been sentence to 12-30 months in prison.

Merrill Wetter pleaded guilty with no contest after being caught by Surveillance tape. Wetter had to pay Monaco a reported $5,000 restitution fee, a $25 dollar court fee as well as $150 DNA Fee. Source

Kelly Monaco Has Some `Dancing' Wisdom

"I'm just happy I did it when I did it," Monaco said. "Back then, I think there was some innocence in the process. It wasn't too skewed or manipulated. The downside now is that contestants are going in with this scheme of what the show can and can't do to build a career. I'm glad I wasn't part of that chaos."

Monaco isn't sure if she'd return to the "Dancing With the Stars" ballroom for an all-stars season.

"I don't know," she said. "It was really, really, really tough when I did it. I'd have to only be working one job at a time, but I would entertain it." Source
