Kristin Chenoweth (born July 24, 1968) is an American singer and musical theatre, film and television actress. Some of her best-known roles have included Glinda in Broadway's Wicked and Annabeth Schott in television's The West Wing. She is currently appearing in the role of Olive Snook on the ABC dramedy Pushing Daisies for which she received an Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy. She is also the face of Jude Frances jewelry.

Will Kristin Chenoweth Reprise Her Role as Glinda in 'Wicked: The Movie?'

Kristin Chenoweth, the original Glinda the Good Witch in the hit Broadway musical Wicked, might reprise her role in the recently announced film adaptation.

“I absolutely would,” says the actress of joining the cast of the upcoming film. “I have a deal there with them, but if they don’t hurry up I could be playing [headmistress] Madam Morrible. So they need to go now or I’m going to be too old.” Source

Neil Patrick Harris & Kristin Chenoweth To Announce Emmy Nominations

Television veteran Neil Patrick Harris of CBS’ “How I Met Your Mother” will join “Pushing Daisies” star Kristin Chenoweth in announcing the nominees for the 60th Primetime Emmy Awards next month.

Harris and Chenoweth will make the announcement on July 17 at 5:40 AM PST at the Television Academy in Los Angeles.

Pushing Oscars - Kristin Chenoweth to sing at Academy Awards

The buzz about ABC's Oscar broadcast is starting in earnest, and yesterday it was announced that Kristin Chenoweth, the adorable Olive Snook on Pushing Daisies, has been tapped to sing one of the Academy Award nominated songs, "That's How You Know" from the film Enchanted, according to the Baltimore Sun. Kristin will be joined by Marlon Saunders, who played the Central Park Calypso singer in the movie.

Broadway's Kristin Chenoweth takes Oscar stage for 'Enchanted' performance

Chenoweth, a Tony Award winner and film and TV star, said it's "nerve-racking" to prepare for the Oscar stage.

"It's the biggest audience I've ever had," said the four-foot, 11-inch performer with the outsized voice. "I've played many of the famous concert halls in the world but this is something altogether different. I'm just going to try to perform the song and make it about the music and not get too nervous."
