Rosario Dawson has signed on to star in The Zookeeper with Kevin James. The movie is a romantic comedy, go figure with Kevin James starring in it. Leslie Bibb has also been cast. It's scheduled to be released in the summer of 2010.

Here's what Rosario Dawson had to say about Chris Brown beating up Rihanna.

"I don't know the details of their situation, but I do know this is an issue that can't go ignored," the Ray and Fantastic Four actress told PEOPLE.

"If we talk about violence against women, my hope is we don't talk about it as petty gossip but as a social illness that must end. So if that's what's going on, then we need to all be aware this is a problem that goes from the Congo to Hollywood and everywhere in between," said Washington." Source

Rosario Dawson most recently was in Will Smith Seven Pounds. If you didn't get a chance to watch that movie, here's a recent review:

It is a performance of pain that is effortlessly etched on Smith’s face during almost every frame. It’s highly believable and utterly convincing, and it’s enough to allow some emotional investment in Ben’s journey.

Seven Pounds requires much with its slow pace and occasional clue dropping, and it’s almost worth it but for the ludicrous and surprisingly predictable “twist” that brings proceedings to a thudding end. Jaws will be on the floor for entirely different reasons than the film-makers intended. Source

Rosario Dawson (ref. her wearing a bikini) plays a lead role opposite Will Smith in Seven Pounds. She plays a patient in need of a heart transplant and Will Smith's cynical character falls in love with her.

Here's what director, Gabriele Muccino , said about Rosario in an attempt to get in her pants:

"Rosario is extremely beautiful," said Muccino, "but I didn't do anything to underline that beauty. I tried everything possible to bring out her inner beauty, strength, wit and cleverness, which are part of her real persona." Source
