Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen Premiere

Isabel Lucas @ Another "Transformers" Screening

I watched Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen as instructed by Megan Fox over the weekend and probably the most memorable scene was not any of the explosions of Devastator but Isabel Lucas' scene with lucky bastard Shia in his dorm room. I'll just leave it at that.

The movie took in just over $200 million for the five-day opening but surprisingly it did not break the record set by The Dark Knight.

Olivia Munn @ "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" Premiere

Olivia Munn recently revealed that she's landed a role in the Iron Man sequel but didn't give us much hints to what her role is. All she says is that she's not playing a news reporter but was not going to leak any other information. Source

Does Megan Fox's Disappointing Toga Foreshadow Something Bad?

If you go purely on reviews, then you'll probably never watch "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen," but that's the thing about modern-day action flicks: They aren't supposed to be great movies.

Regardless, just for cheap giggles, let's hit a few excerpts from movie reviews floating around:

THE GOOD
Fox's cleavage is the only camera object that catches Bay's attention for more than a millisecond. (Chicago Tribune)

Exhilarating or excruciating, depending on your point of view. (LA Times)

It is unapologetic about delivering what it promises. Bigger battles. Massive explosions. Megan Fox looking hot. (Premiere)

The sequence serves no real purpose beyond dazzle for dazzle's sake, but when you're watching it, that's purpose enough. (Entertainment Weekly)

THE BAD/UGLY
This Transformers is a pile of glittering junk. (WSJ)

Dazzles the eye, numbs the mind and may cause deafness in some cases. Did I mention to bring along some Excedrin? (NY Post)

Exhilarating or excruciating, depending on your point of view. (LA Times)

2 1/2 hours of tumescence disguised as a motion picture. (Boston Globe)

CONCLUSION
So yeah, if you love Megan Fox & enjoy larger-than-life action movies w/ no definite plot, this movie is made for you!

Pregnant Kendra Wilkinson @ "Transformers" L.A. Premiere

Kendra & fiancee Philly wide-receiver Hank Baskett are will finally (and temporarily) tie the knot later this weekend at the Playboy Mansion (don't know wether these plans changed). She & her hot friends celebrated her bachelorette party last week by going club hopping in L.A.---a pretty weak way to celebrate when you consider Kendra's amazing partying history.

Hasbeen Vanessa Minnillo @ "Transformers" L.A. Premiere

On second thought, is it too early to put her ass in the hasbeen category?

I just think she got too comfortable too quickly---both professionally & privately! Before she does anything to jump-start her transformation, she needs to dump Nick Lachey & moving her hot bod onto someone who actually has something going for himself. I'm pretty sure there's a long list of highly qualified sugar daddies willing to sample some of Vanessa's chicken adobo. OW!

Odette Yustman Lookin' Hot @ "Transformers" L.A. Premiere

With the surprise success of "The Unborn" earlier this year, you'd expect Odette Yustman to have directors & producers lining up outside her house, but sadly that's not the case. She's scheduled to be starring in only one other movie for which there's no release date on the books as of right now. "Rogue's Gallery" is an upcoming action-comedy with a somewhat freaky premise that's made me a lil' curious, to say the least:
A battle ensues among groups of government spy teams in an underground facility after their boss is assassinated.[1] Rogue's Gallery tells the story of The Fool (Joe Anderson), the latest recruit of a secret organization that employs two competing teams of spies and assassins, all taking their codenames from the Tarot deck. Taken under the not-so-sheltering wings of Judgment (Ving Rhames) and the High Priestess (Maggie Q), the Fool has to learn the ropes in an oddball workplace where office politics really is life or death and his ex-girlfriend (Odette Yustman) is his chief competition. Worse, he's the prime suspect when their top supervisor, The Devil (Jeffrey Tambor) turns up dead. Now, the assorted members from both teams are at each others throats to keep from being the next victims of a lethal "corporate downsizing." [Source]

Megan Fox @ "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" L.A. Premiere

So finally the Transformer: Revenge of the Fallen premieres tours makes its stop in L.A. After seeing Megan in Tokyo, Seoul, Paris, "slightly cold" Berlin, London (who can forget when she snubs the fat boy), and Russia she's rocking white (minus a bra) for the US premiere. I'm still going with "slightly cold" Berlin as the best looking premiere. Anyways, who's going to brave the lines at the box office starting Wednesday, June 24th here in the states?

Here's the lead for the USA Today review:
Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen is proof positive that not every summer action blockbuster has the mettle to be a franchise. This sequel to the clever and funny first Transformers not only is disappointing, it will give most people a throbbing case of metal overload. Read More

With her gold medal win at the Olympics last year coupled with her win on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," the past 12 months have been pretty much a dream come true for Shawn Johnson. Hot or Not: Gena Lee Nolin @ "Transformers" L.A. Premiere

Since this the first time we're posting up Gena, here's a lil' info:
Gena Lee Nolin (born November 29, 1971) is an American actress and model. She is best known for her television appearances on The Price Is Right and Baywatch in the 1990s.

In 1995, Nolin starred in her biggest role as Neely Capshaw in the television series Baywatch (becoming the second actress to play the controversial character, who was originally created to appear as a one-episode part). Later in the year, Nolin began modelling, for the first time since her pregnancy, for Maxim. In 1998, Nolin quit Baywatch and started her own show, Sheena, in 2000. In late 2001, Nolin posed nude for Playboy magazine. In 2002, Sheena was cancelled. [Source]
