Like most chicks winning beauty pageants these days, Valerie's victory is clouded with a hint of scandal. Just two weeks after the 23 year old French bombshell won Miss France honors, various French media outlets demanded she step down and return her crown. Valerie gave them the finger & banged dudes on the board that decides such things & ultimately got to keep what's rightfully hers.
