Although she looks ten times fatter, she still looks healtheir somehow...she has more color in her face and she doesnt look as half-dead as she used to. She also looks a lot happier.

And i also have respect for her, i mean look at kirstie alley, she gained 180,000 lbs and was made a fool of, courtney obviously doesnt really care what others think...

For health's sake it is better to be overweight and clean than skinny and strung out. One problem at a time, tackle the drug problem then the weight. It seems that it wouldn't matter either way though, if she was thin and abusing drugs everyone would be laughing at her because she's a junkie. Now that she's off the drugs she's the target of jokes because she has gained weight. The only really funny thing in these pics is Pamela's extreme case of fake-n-bake in the first pic.
