I guess good old-fashioned working out would get in the way of her alcoholic free-fall, so her lazy, flabby, dimply, sagging ass goes for surgery instead of just putting the time in on a stairmaster and laying off the booze and cigs. That would be too much work.

I too might drown my sorrows in alcohol if I realized that I had ruined my perfectly nice young looks with unnecessary plastic surgery. It is time for her to live beyond looks and superficialty. Perhaps she can still find happiness.
