Unfortunately, Amanda Beard is a chick that I pretty much never forget to put the bag. Amanda Beard Settles Lawsuit Over Photograph

Beard filed her case against California Sunbounce and Geller in Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2007. The company is based in Garlstork, Germany, but does business in Los Angeles County and throughout the nation.

California Sunbounce sells such items as photo bags, reflectors and scrims, all of which are used by professional photographers as well as video and production crews.

In 2006, California Sunbounce put photos of Beard on the company Web site that showed her posing against a rock with a caption identifying her as a member of the Austrian swim team, according to her court papers. Source

I didn't have high expectations with Amanda Beard's photos from Playboy but nonetheless was disappointed. The Playboy cover says that Amanda is the world's sexiest athlete so that gets me wondering who everyone else thinks should have that title or is Amanda the sexiest????
